Fresh cut pork shoulder ground twice and seasoned with fresh minced garlic and onions, olive oil, Kosher salt and cracked pepper. Formed to an 8-ounce patty and char-grilled to your liking. Topped with 2 slices of apple wood bacon and melted Monterey jack cheese. Served on a pretzel bun with lettuce, tomato, red onions, and Aioli mayonnaise. Served with curly pigtail fries tossed with Mac's cajun spice.
